The clubhouse classics you love, with an Asian accent.

We're opening a brand-new dining room inside the clubhouse, with a menu that brings together the comfort of the turn-stand favorites and the bright, bold flavors of East and Southeast Asia.

Expect hand-rolled sushi and kimbap made fresh each day, alongside the burgers, dogs, and sandwiches Hilldale golfers have counted on for decades — rebuilt with gochujang, miso, ginger, and sesame. Grab a box to take to the first tee, or settle in by the windows overlooking the course.

Clubhouse Favorites, Reimagined

  • Bulgogi Half-Pound Burger

    Our famous half-pound patty, soy-ginger glaze, kimchi slaw, gochujang aioli, toasted brioche.

  • Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich

    Double-fried thigh, sweet-and-spicy glaze, pickled daikon, sesame mayo.

  • The Turn Dog

    Jumbo all-beef dog, kimchi relish, furikake, spicy Kewpie, crispy shallots.

  • Lemongrass Italian Sausage

    Grilled sausage with charred peppers and onions, Thai basil, sriracha-honey mustard.

  • Miso Short-Rib Chili

    Slow-braised short rib, red miso, black beans, scallion, sesame-chili crunch.

  • Furikake Fries

    Crisp fries, seaweed-sesame seasoning, yuzu ketchup on the side.

  • California Roll

    Crab salad, avocado, cucumber, rolled rice-side out.

You'll love every ounce of it.

For those who prefer good old American food before or after their round, the C.K. Mulligan bar & grill in the clubhouse is the perfect choice — famous for its half-pound hamburgers, chili, jumbo hot dogs, Italian sausage sandwiches, and a grilled chicken sandwich worth the walk in.

Beverage carts make regular rounds on the course to keep your thirst satisfied. After you putt out on nine, the outdoor grill off the 10th tee sends up the aroma of Italian sausages, huge hot dogs, and brats — alongside a variety of cold ones.
